Femme Felis is known around the world for her amazing glutes and quads. She trains her lower body on a regular basis, which allows her to keep her body in the best shape possible. Femme enjoys lifting weights and performing cardio 5-6 days per week.

Her favorite workout involves legs and glutes; Femme names squats and deadlifts as her favorite exercises. Ultimately, it’s these movements that she most regularly records on her social media platforms, to display her incredible assets to her adoring fans.

High & Low Calorie Days

Femme is also known for being a big fan of green tea. Femme’s favorite breakfast meal is fried eggs.
