“Life wasn’t easy in Ukraine. The winters were extremely cold with a lot of snow, and the summers were the complete opposite with high heat and humidity. Our family didn’t have money, so I just played in the streets, rode my bicycle, and hung out with friends in the neighborhood.”
Biography
Early Life & Passion For Success
In Julia’s early years, she dreamed of moving away from her home country in the Ukraine. Julia said, there were times where the cold would be unbearable, and the lack of internet and common services in the country weren’t be available, which only gave her more motivation to follow her dreams of success.
This is one of the reasons why Julia wanted to travel and become a model, to see the world and create a better life for herself.
Here’s Julia talking about her ‘big dreams’:
“Starting from a very early age, I knew there had to be more. As I began to dream more, the desire to leave my city in Ukraine burned inside of me.
Growing up, I became fortunate enough to become a model and start traveling. My modeling work in Europe gave me the opportunity to travel and see much more of the world. I believe education comes in many forms beyond school and books, and my education came from my traveling the world and learning from others I met along the way.”
Poor Health
As Julia traveled the world her health to a back-step. The busier she became, the less she was able to make healthy food choices and workout to keep herself strong and active.
This when Julia decided to take tings into her own hands – she said enough was enough and that’s hen her fitness journey truly stated.
“As I got older, I began to realize that modeling was grueling, and my health was beginning to suffer because of it. Many of the models around me looked great on the outside, but they were unhealthy because of the lifestyle. I’d see them eating junk food and drinking multiple energy drinks throughout the day to keep going, and this would go on day after day. I started researching and reading up on how to become truly healthy.”
Taking Fitness One Step further
As Julian was lucky enough to have a healthy start to her modeling career, she thought it was a good idea to dive into fitness as a way to expand her horizons.
Apart from wanting to live a healthy life, Julia also knew this would lead to better things. Here’s Julia talking about when she made the switch into fitness modeling:
“And that’s how I got started in fitness. I was eating poorly, not exercising, and I was simply unhealthy. I wanted to change that, so I did.”
Julia’s Life Now
After a lot of trial and error, and may lucky breaks, Julia now lives the life of her dreams where she travels the world and works as a brand sponsor. At the same time, she continues to live a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle inside and outside of the gym.
Here’s Julia talking about how grateful she is to be living her ‘dream‘ life:
“Now my days are busy with healthy living, and my typical day starts at around 6 a.m. When I’m not at photo shoots, taking pictures, working out, or doing any of the other typical daily things that come up in life, I like to enjoy quiet time to myself. I have a pet squirrel, a dog, and a cat who keep me company. When I have downtime, I like to watch a good movies.
My view of life is pretty simple: Take responsibility for yourself and your actions, and don’t expect anything from anyone. ‘Do’ because you want to, not because you expect something in return, but know that the more you give, the more you’ll get back in the long run. Be humble and grateful, and always say ‘Thank you.’
Life is a mysterious and unpredictable journey — enjoy every step along the way.”

Training
Julia trains 5 days per week, resting on Friday’s and Sunday’s. She performs cardio after every gym session, making sure to stay fit and conditioned.
Although the fitness model can lift heavy, she prefers volume over strength training, usually completing 10 reps per set.
