This warms up her muscles and gets her ready to lift heavier weights later during the workout.

I’m very impressed with her workout regiment and clean eating. I didn’t know squats were that important , but the way she looks from everyday squats is proof of its benefit. From now on it’s stretching first, then squats to warm up with light weights next to follow thru with heavier ones. I learned a workout at home is important with long rests in between reps. Overall , she has proved to be quite an authority on fitness and looks. I will copy her fitness schedule to advance the time it will take to lose 20 lbs.Thank you Clara Felicia Lind bloom .
