Biography

Early Fitness Journey

Sian maintained a slim figure throughout her teenage years. She had a love for running – performing this regularly. At the time, she thought this was the best way to build a great physique.

However, earlier in her fitness career, Sian admits that she had no clue what she was doing in the gym in regard to weight training. As a result, cardio was the only form of exercise that she would take part in.

Initially, Sian was afraid that weight training would add too much size to her frame, making her look ‘manly‘. She cites this as the reason for not performing weight training in the beginning.

However, she soon became unhappy with her skinny physique, having a negative impact on her life. Recalling her early days in fitness, Sian stated:

“I was a major cardio bunny, everyday on the treadmill. I became really skinny and wasn’t happy with my physique”.

  • Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Blueberries
  • Natural Peanut Butter
