    Eh jackedsoldier, Robert Wilson here.

    This is a good question! If you are primarily a bodybuilder, I would recommend
    doing cardio 2-3 times a week for 20-40 minutes each session.

    jackedsoldier, I don't know if you are aware of my reasoning for the limited cardio.
    It stems from the fact that too much cardio can cause catabolism (the body eating
    away of it's own muscle tissue).

    You shouldn't do long cardio over 45min @ the most at one time.. I don't know about (catabolism)?? But it raises your Cortisol...……...AM
