Does anyone here drink apple cider vinegar for health benefits? I never have, until yesterday while looking for a natural headache remedy. I had felt terrible for 5 days straight. Today, I feel like a human again! I have energy, headache is finally gone, sinuses cleared up, had a great shoulder workout. I read it can also help to absorb nutrients, which I don't do well. I'm thinking maybe I should take ACV everyday. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Any reason a person SHOULDN'T add this to their supplements?

EDIT: It must have been just a coincidence that I felt better the day after taking ACV. The headache came back, everyday, even though I continued the ACV.
