I hope everyone at Greatest Physiques are having a great day! Everyone's input would be much appreciated in helping
me to formulate a questionnaire that could allow for training advice.

It's obvious that we all have weak points (certain body parts that respond little to training). Personally, my lagging
body parts are calves and upper chest.

If those at Greatest Physiques could tell me what their problem areas are, I might be able to provide them with tips
on how to overcome these stubborn muscle groups.
