Alex Michael Turner before and after
“I feel the HIIT keeps my metabolic rate up, and helps me keep my “shredded” look. It helps me to burn body fat while leaving the majority of my lean mass alone.”
Training
Alex likes to perform cardio every day to keep his body fat low and his heart healthy. he will section his cardio at the end of each weight training session for 20 minutes. On Sundays, Alex will do HIIT as he feels it keeps his metabolic rate up much higher than steady state cardio.
On his HIIT day, Alex will work out anywhere between 30-45 minutes. He’ll use the Stairmaster, wind sprints, or running up and down stadium stairs.
For his world-famous abs, Alex will superset hanging leg raises with knee raises. He will also end each session with a drop set until failure. as Alex says, “This I feel allows me to break down every part of the muscle group I am working while pumping extra blood into that body part for added pump, muscle separation, and hardening.”

It appears that there was an error in capturing this athlete’s physical stats. If we are to assume that he does indeed have a 28″ waist (which would make sense at his height, weight and fitness level), then his arm circumference would probably measure 15-16inches…not 25 inches.
I am small, 5’4″, and adored body builders when I was young…..and I still do. I am not married, no children.
It is difficult to find straight body builders in Albuquerque, let alone, downtown near the bus station and ATC.
I will one day, soon, marry one. Love you. DP
