Nutrition
Fat-Burning and Muscle-Building Diet
To maintain his ‘shredded’ physique, Florian Munteanu keeps a balanced macronutrient ratio. His diet is rich in proteins which come from whole food sources. He also consumes complex carbohydrates and some healthy fats to supply his muscles with energy.
When training for a professional competition, Florian will typically eat 4-5 meals per day. Eating several smaller portions throughout the day helps Florian’s body digest the nutrients more efficiently, allowing for better absorption.
When it comes to ‘cheat’ foods such as sugars and processed meats, Florian avoids them most of the time. However, when he doesn’t have any important event coming up, Florian will allow himself a cheat meal or two – his favorite is pizza.

How is he a professional boxer if not listed on boxrec? Whom did he fight?
PLEASE BIG NASTY DO NOT BEAT CREED SON TO DEATH FLROIAN I KNOW U WILL DESTROY HIM. HE IS NO CONTEST FOR YOU SIR . MUCH LOVE AND ADMIRATION AND RESPECT CHAMPION.
Hes not a boxer hes some douche fitness model
He’s a poser. How self-absorbed can one be?
Where in the hell is this guy’s boxing record?
Douche = Someone who excercises and looks good
Don’t know why they say he’s a professional boxer when he has no legit fight nor record but despite that he’s gonna be badass in Creed 2. Those talking poop about him I gurrentee you wouldn’t say that to his face. Good luck in your first big screen bro
He s not record in boxrec, he’s not boxeur at all
A lot of jealousy on here. So he’s not really a contending boxer but he is boxer ready. I’m sure with his routine he would have no problem going 12 rounds on a moments notice. His father was a boxer so I imagine he picked up enough growing up to be dangerous. I have no idea who the dude was until I saw he was going to be in Creed 2. Can’t wait to see Ivan Drago reprise his role.
Thing is, it is bad to say you are a profesional boxer if you’re not. He may be a boxer, sure. But so am I. I can’t go around and tell people I’m a pro boxer, cause that would be a lie. So why promote yourself as a pro boxer when he is not even registrered as such?
You may not be able to find records or videos but don’t discredit the fact that he may have been a huge underground boxer. A lot of things happen underground that doesn’t come to light until years later so don’t bring him down. I think he’ll do fine, seems like he can handle himself either way in the ring.
The point is gentlemen, he’s an actor in an amazing movie franchise, portraying a boxer. Does that make the movie itself any les credible?! Stalone wasn’t a boxer; neither was Weathers, Mr. T, or Lundgren but a whole lot of people watched those movies over and over again! Stories like these inspire underdogs to keep pushing through adversities and adversaries whether you’re a boxer, football player, runner, entrepreneur, or someone with a disability striving to achieve something never done by anyone in their position/situation. Whether or not he’s a boxer is minuscule compared to the tantamount inspiration others will receive if the movie is a hit.
Just let the man be a part of something great while we ourselves focus on giving all we have to be a part of the great thing we are destined to be a part of in our own lives!
Should have had Oleksandr Usyk as Dragos son. He IS a great boxer, looks more like Drago and does have a crazed, scary look to him
Jon I think ur missing the point of the professional boxer thing .. fact is if he really isn’t a pro boxer then he should label himself as such .. true pros fought blood and sweat (literally to get where they are ) where as this dude doesn’t show any of that since there are no bouts visible . I understand the underground fighting but if he really is as good as pro fighters then he would show actual listed bouts and not just go off of people hyping him not knowing if ulhe actually fought or not
This body has nothing to do with boxing!!! Look at those hands and arms…. the guy never hit a bag…
I can bet a lot of money that he knows nothing about boxing!!!
Ready to fight him anytime!!!
Let me put it that way, this guy os a boxer as much as Silvester is a boxer….
Silvester made millions by filming bad boxing…
I don’t think Florian ever said he’s or was a pro boxer.
So, judge the man by his own words, not other’s.
Exactly Dan Paul. Unless he wrote the article himself, he never claimed to be a pro boxer.
Just because he lists his workouts does not make him a douche. People are HATERS.
He is amazing and you guys are squirming to accept he is alpha.
And Oh he is alpha.
Both he and Micheal B. Jordan have non boxing physiques. Traditionally weight lifting was a taboo in the sport and only recently has it become an accepted part of the boxing regiment. There are some massive heavyweights out there, but not to the extent of these guys. In this day and age, why would they even try to claim he’s a professional boxer when all you have to due is google him to find out he’s not. They’re promoting his as a fraud!!! A previous poster said he was sure he can go 12 rounds with anyone on a moments notice. I guarantee you he can not! I saw clips of him working the mitts with a trainer and he looks to have really good form, speed, agility and obviously power. That’s on mitts though! Doing that in the ring against a skilled fighter actually hitting back is an entirely different story. I highly doubt he would last 4 rounds at this point if he were to actually have a fight. Plus, perhaps he’s different, but those fitness model types who dabble in boxing are usually way too vein to take a punch.
There is no way he eating that meal plan written above. At 245 pounds he would be eating more protein and overall more calories. I eat more then him and I am double 0. I call bullshit on the diet listed above.
Wow, a lot of haters on here. He is smoking! It’s ridiculous to look so damn good. And he plays the part in the movie. Good pick. Great movie. Stop hating, go lift some weights…
To silence haters , one should continue on their path of self discovery and dedication to their goals . At the end of the day , we know who we are and haters will always be haters because they are not productive with their own lives . Florian is a boxer and he is dedicated to his goals , can you say this about yourself haters ? Great job Florian and stay focused !!!
Awww yeah!!! Big Nasty!!! ???
The character ‘son of Ivan Drago’ is well acted. Dominant father, no love, lost in their relation ship, carrying the weight of the ‘loser’ status that has his father exiled from Russia. No respect. I slow burning desire to smash his opponent and prove his father’s training is the only way he knows to beat his opponent. Indoctrination like this is scary and dangerous. The stranger who is his mother, proved she had no love for him when he was failing to win in the last two rounds. The end of the fight, when he is broken, and his father embraces him and soothes him for the first time is the redeeming feature in both their story line. To see them running together at the end speaks volumes about the change in their relationship and the ability to overcome your past. overall all these actor’s played their roles very well. Issues with family relations and all. The choreographed boxing fights is up close and personal that the audience can live in the moment with their struggle to smash each other.
It’s so sad that out of all this man said that there is so much negativity. This is this man’s truth, not yours. His body is nice and it shows that he puts in work. That is his purpose. Live a purpose driven life. Be Blessed.
Dude is smoking hot. That’s all we need to know.
I love reading the comments of all these haters. Maybe he was a pro boxer somewhere in Eastern Europe or something. Then again maybe he wasn’t. Maybe all these haters read their posts & check for spelling & grammatical errors before posting them. Then again they OBVIOUSLY DON’T. This dude definitely works extremely hard in the gym, pays close attention to what he puts into his body & has probably slayed more vag in the last 12 months than these haters have in their entire life. I don’t know if this dude tells people he was a pro boxer or not, but if he does I doubt he’s lying. It’s too easy to check people out on the net. Although, I had a roommate once that was a pro mma fighter. He didn’t have a Wikipedia page or anything & you couldn’t find any info about his fights on Google, but I watched him fight before. I wouldn’t my being homeboy’s wingman for a night out in Vegas or LA to scoop up some of the excess overflow of booty being thrown at dude from 9s & 10s he’s turning down.
He is so very handsome! Loved him in Creed.
Reminds me of a young Jason Statham he was just plain English actor at first and look at him now he is world class actor think Florian could be as big just needs to choose the correct movies to portray himself I liked him looking to seeing more of him in Hollywood movies
Nulla togliendo a Florian…Ma tutte balle…qui come sta lui se non fai uso di chimica con il c….o sei così enorme e definito, cmq complimenti al preparatore del ciclo ???
Hey Florian, you can become a great actor but, drop the nickname.
The negative connotation doesn’t help, unless you’re ready to get just villain movie roles.
Why so many haters hiding behind their electronics? Bet you wouldn’t dare say shit to his face, plus he is doing way more than any if you ever will. Don’t mind the hate, that just means you are doing it right. Keep it up! You’re sexy as fuck btw.
Found online he is an amateur heavyweight boxer, record is 68-10 with 6 draws.
Why you people are bothering about this guy or backbiting him atleast nobody has this much good physique as he has
I think people are very much interested in backbiting and hatred, I dare that nobody has guts to say face to face to this person and yes I ve seen his movie creed 2 nice movie, keep it up Florian we share same birth date
For all of you questioning if he’s a fighter yes he is. Try looking him up He’s not an American fighter though. His record is 68-10 with 6 draws
What Johnny Crider said..
“Should have had Oleksandr Usyk as Dragos son. He IS a great boxer, looks more like Drago and does have a crazed, scary look to him.”
He could definitely kick my ass but I definitely call bullshit on that diet….that’s like a Dr Nowzarden diet from 600 lb life…not someone who works out for a living
There’s no professional boxing record anywhere on the net, and only an alleged amateur boxing record in stories about him, but still nothing official. How odd it is that a supposed professional boxer has absolutely no boxing footprint on the net of any kind. Not buying it.
Most of you people on here sound like a bunch of jealous haters lol
To all the people questioning his diet, it says he takes “a lot” of supplements like protein drinks on top of his diet. There you have the extra calories and protein you thought he’s missing out on.
He is a monster. Imagine the power if he punches. Don’t know why he isn’t registered as a boxer. He certainly looks like he easily could be the world champion super heavy weights.
haters. He’s fine as hell.
