Onome Egger is an Austrian bodybuilder with Nigerian heritage. He blew onto the scene in his teenage years after posting videos of himself online flexing his incredible physique.
Onome started training when he realized he needed to increase his strength and size, to improve his performance while playing American Football. When Onome saw how well his body adapted to lifting weights, he fell in love with training, and the progress he saw through the months of hard work in the gym – this is when he decided to leave the field behind in place of the weights room.
Since the beginning of his bodybuilding career, Onome has become a well-known athlete, internet hit, and inspiration to everyone looking to create a strong, healthy, and natural physique of their own.
“I want to be a role model for other guys that just doesn’t look like a piece of meat.”

“I don’t know where bodybuilding will take me, but I want to reach the top, and I want to see which doors open for me because you never know what will happen.”
Born 1996, Onome Egger is half Austrian half Nigerian bodybuilder from a small town in Austria who started lifting weights when he was 16 years old. Onome said he started lifting because he played a lot of American football at the time. He knew that if he took up weight training, he could increase his strength and speed on the filed.
At the time, when he first started out, he weight only 72kg – 185lbs, but he soon realized that his genetics and natural ability to “grow” when lifting weights propelled him into a life of bodybuilding full-time. As the years passed, he grew to a massive 230lbs of solid muscle.
Onome started gaining more recognition for his incredible transformation after a friend told him to post videos of himself flexing his awesome physique. He started linking the videos to his social media accounts, along with a natural Bodybuilding Organisation.
Onome said he liked natural bodybuilding because of its drug free approach. He wants to represent natural physiques and avoid the use of drugs, and in the words of Onome; “I want to avoid the huge guts and growth hormone looks” he continues, “for me, bodybuilding is about the classic physique.
Onome Egger before and after.
Creating his awesome physique took years of hard work dieting, and never missing a gym session. His workouts consist of high volume, heavy weights, and short rest periods, including super sets. For an example of how heavy and intense Onome’s workouts are, his chest, shoulders, and leg sessions can be seen below.
Onome Egger is inspired by the classic physiques of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Reg Park, Steve Reeves and many more from the old-school era of bodybuilding. He tries to emulate their thin waist and v-tapered physique without looking bulky. This, along with his continuing progress is what motivates Onome to carry on his life as a bodybuilder.

Thanks for posting your height and weight and birth year. I wish you would post more of your stats. Any measurements around your arms, thighs, chest, neck, waist, shoulders, calves, or forearms would be appreciated.
I viewed your Muscle Mania PRO 2015 debut & it was great.
Please add one movement to your Leg Routine as I believe your
idol Arnold S. used the Standing Calf Toe Raise {both straight &
both toes inverted/inward) with a warm up & 3 to 4 Sets with 200#,
250# or 300 lbs. to start. Slow movement to preferable as opposed to fast switch movement.
Thanks
LOL who the hell writes for this site, a 5 year old? HAHAHAHA! NATURAL? HAHAHAHAHA! You forgot to add his steroid cycles to his training area. This site's a joke.
